A Different Kind of
Villa Company
MyVillas was founded by a group of people who fell in love with the Greek islands and couldn't find a villa company that matched their expectations. The properties were often misrepresented, the service was impersonal, and the booking experience felt transactional rather than personal.
So we built what we wanted to use ourselves: a curated collection of genuinely exceptional villas, presented honestly, with a concierge service that treats every guest as an individual rather than a booking reference.
We began with Paros — the island we know best — and expanded to Lefkada when we found properties there that met our standards. We have no plans to grow beyond what we can personally oversee. Quality, not quantity, is the principle that guides every decision we make.

We are a small team by design. Every guest has a named concierge who knows their villa, their preferences, and their itinerary from arrival to departure.
Local Presence
We have teams based in Paros and Lefkada throughout the season. If something needs attention, we are there in person — not on the end of a phone in another country.
